The Graduation Ceremony and Grad Night Party are just ONE DAY AWAY!

 A HUGE THANK YOU to all those students that have gotten their Grad Night Contracts in. Below are the Seniors who have paid for a Grad Night Ticket but have not turned their contract in. If you do not turn in prior to Grad Night you will not be able to attend.

 THURSDAY, JUNE 20TH

4:00 – 4:30pm

Grad Night Seniors drop off their CASUAL clothes (jeans, pants, shorts and comfortable shoes) at the Grad Night Check-In desk outside the big Gym to change into after ceremony. You will receive a Grad Night T-Shirt to wear that night. Please bring clothes in a plastic or paper bag as we will be storing them in the gym during your graduation ceremony. NO PURSES OR BACKPACKS PLEASE! DO NOT BRING ANYTHING VALUABLE! Please bring your class ID or another form of ID and you may take your cell phone to Grad Night if you like. The gym will be locked while we are at Grad Night, but the school or PTA is not responsible if anything is lost or stolen.

 Afterwards, go to the tennis courts to line up for the ceremony. If you purchased a Lei, they will be distributed by the tennis courts.

 5:30 – 6:30pm

Graduation Ceremony Takes Place. Afterwards, take photos with family and friends.

 6:30 – 7:00pm

After photos, go to the Grad Night Check-In Tables. Show your ID and pick up your lanyard and t-shirt then enter the gym to change clothes.

 7:15 – 7:30 pm

Security Check will start then you will proceed to a bus. Our buses will be assigned a color and each student on that bus will wear a wristband coordinating with that color all night. When the seniors leave the venue to return to CDM, you will reload the same colored bus with the same group you arrived with.

 7:45 – 8:00pm

Seniors will arrive at the 2013 GRAD NIGHT PARTY EXTRAVAGANZA OF THE DECADE!!!! Once you are inside, you will be fed dinner.

 1:45 – 2:00 am

Please plan to pick up your Senior in the CDM Pool Parking lot. Your Senior may call you on their way back to the school.
